Lunch is served daily from 12-3pm
Dinner is served daily from 5-9pm(9.30pm on Fridays and Saturdays)
at the heart of the kitchen is a wood-charcoal grill, where our kitchen team fast-cook seafood just caught from rye bay, local meats and vegetables.
For breakfast, have poached eggs and smashed avo on sourdough, buttermilk pancakes with blueberries, or ‘The Full George’? Work your way through our delicious menu, served from 8am to 10am every day of the week.
Our first Wedding Showcase of the year is taking place on Sunday 2nd of March and all Lovebirds with a Wedding on the horizon are invited to attend.. 💌

We are delighted to be serving our new, improved menu in The Grill restaurant created by our Head Chef Oscar.
As the name suggests, the pride of our kitchen remains its Charcoal Wood Grill, on which most of our dishes are cooked, to ensure flavours are seared-in and their freshness championed.
As always and in keeping with The George’s principles, produce and suppliers are sourced as locally as possible and regularly updated to match the seasons.
