The George Grill serves a modern European grill menu using the best available local ingredients. At the heart of the kitchen is our wood-charcoal grill, where our chefs cook freshly-caught seafood from Rye Bay, the finest Scottish Aberdeen steaks, local Romney Marsh lamb, and seasonal vegetables from our farmer in Boughton Monchelsea, Kent. With our Latino head chef bringing a twist of spices and creativity, we offer a luxurious menu in an environment of professional informality, which locals enjoy as much as our hotel residents.
