Our venue captures the shifting beauty of the East Sussex coast. In summer, the Mediterranean Courtyard is the heart of the venue for oyster shucking and champagne; in cooler months, our Sitting Rooms offer a warm, fireside sanctuary.
Our menus are a love letter to the sea, featuring locally landed fish from Rye’s fleet and salt-marsh lamb that tastes of the landscape. After a day of coastal air, guests can sink into sumptuous beds with Egyptian cotton linens, with many rooms offering views over the historic, winding streets toward the sea.
Legal ceremonies are held indoors, but the nearby beach at Camber Sands is perfect for your photo session or a symbolic blessing.
