The George in Rye is a magical place to be at Christmas. Rye is a town straight out of Dickens, and the hotel is the perfect setting for this year’s winter festivities. We’ve created a two-night package that takes care of everything short of buying the presents, and if you want to stay longer, you’re welcome to add on as many extra nights as you’d like!

The following total price of £475 per person (sharing) for a two-night package includes the following:
Two nights’ accommodation arriving on 24th (Christmas Eve) and departing the morning of 26th December.
A Cosy room (upgrades to Classic, Superior, Luxury and Junior Suite available, please see rates below)
The outline programme will run as follows:
Christmas Eve
Check-in on Christmas Eve from 3 pm.
Residents welcome reception with mince pies and sherry.
Relax in your room or explore Rye.
Join us for dinner* in The Grill with a selection of local specialities such as Rye Bay fish and Scottish Aberdeen Angus beef.
After Midnight Mass at St Mary’s, mulled wine will be served in The Dragon bar.
Christmas Day
Enjoy a full English breakfast in The Grill
From 12:30 you will be served a complimentary glass of fizz before sitting down to a traditional Christmas lunch with all the trimmings
For dinner, we will be serving a light buffet from 7:00 pm.
Boxing Day
After a leisurely breakfast, check out at 11:00 am

The following rates apply to the 2-night package in different categories:
Upgrade to Classic room – (total of £525pp)
Upgrade to Superior room – (total of £575pp)
Upgrade to Luxury room – (total of £625pp)
Upgrade to Junior Suite – (total of £675pp)
The package can be extended to 3 or 4 nights on either side of the 2-night package, with bed and breakfast, rates will start from £95 per person per night depending on room type.
