Well no, we’re not really mad, but we wanted to offer a very nice rate for a limited period to our subscribers. Let’s face it, February and March aren’t the most cheery of months and so it’s time for something special.

Stay with us any night between Sunday – Thursday in February and March, and you’ll be be in a Deluxe Double or Junior Suite at the reduced rate of £99 per night, which includes breakfast and VAT. See some of our rooms on the right.

Some fun things going on in February and March:
– The Rye Scallop Festival. A gourmet’s dream as the whole of Rye goes scallop mad with special menus, cooking demonstrations and events.
– on 22nd February, you get a rare chance to go inside Camber Castle, visit the birdwatching hide at Castle water and see the wetland wildlife
– expert Yoga teacher Elaine Fletcher comes to The George from 17-19th March to run a small group class at the hotel
